Add support for Windows #70

Note that this pull request depends on https://github.com/magnars/optimus/pull/66 for the tests to run on Windows.

Referring to https://github.com/magnars/optimus/pull/69

The commit messages contains more details about the 3 main changes that needed to be made for lein midje to go green on Windows :)

Good stuff!

Once that's done, I'll look into getting travis to run the tests on windows as well as linux.

These changes are now available for testing at 1.0.0-rc2
