Pass opts from slurp-directory through to slurp #16

This PR adds the ability to pass opts into slurp-directory, which are then passed to underlying calls to slurp.

Would you mind adding a note about this to the readme as well?

Added. I also added the same behavior to slurp-resources to make it consistent.
