node16 updates #309

This quassel-webserver version will only work with node-libquassel >= 3.1.9. Make sure that this required pull request (https://github.com/magne4000/node-libquassel/pull/27) is merged before publishing a release with this pull request.

If you want to test my version, use https://www.npmjs.com/package/@binsky/quassel-webserver or simply https://github.com/binsky08/quassel-webserver

I'm curious, do you have some more plans regarding the maintenance of this project?

Thanks :) I don't think I can contribute things on a regular basis. But since I like using Quassel and like the Quassel-Web project, I wouldn't rule out creating improvements or bug fixes (that I can solve). And since I don't want to run 6 year old (outdated) software on any of my infrastructure, not even in a container, it was worth the weekend to invest some time here. :) (and maybe some more the next weeks :D)
