.mp4 watch although recording runs

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Record
2. open mp4 with VLC or WMP
3. ERROR

MP4 is still extracting a streaming format. But you can not play it when 
recording is not yet finished.

VLC Error:
mp4 error: MP4 plugin discarded (no moov,foov,moof box)
es error: cannot peek
es error: cannot peek
avcodec error: Could not open �: Specified event object handle is invalid
ps error: cannot peek
main error: no suitable demux module for `file/:///E:/iSpy-Video/dddddddddd.mp4'

hello i'm not sure this is a bug with ispy - the player needs to be able to 
open up the file which it can't do whilst ispy is writing to it...

yes but mp4 is a stream format. 
so it should be almost playable or not finished though.
for WMV (Blue Iris) this is possible although not a real stream format is WMV.

Maybe this is just a minimal option?

Would want at alarm on a different PC, the file view. This must almost be live.
