EasyN H series PTZ error #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. EasyN H series selected in PTZ file
2. click any arrow

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
MOvment of camera... instead movement without stopping and zoomin activated

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

The issue is with the PTZ file. Stop is set to zoomin.
