Subscribed but remote access still shows free access.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. If I log into ispyconnect.com my access still displays free access.
2. Clicking on my servers shows access denied.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Paid subscription and should be able to see my servers remotely.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Current version on Windows 7

I was able to get access but had to subscribe again.  I have 3 paypal receipts 
for subscription payment.  Would like to either have 2 refunded or for two of 
the payments to cover the next 2 consecutive months following this current 
month.

Hello can you use the contact us page for this on the ispyconnect website and 
send through the subscription id details.
