PTZ preset time errot #27

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Modify camera -->PTZ
2. add preset 1 at 11:00 
3. add preset 2 at 23:00 in the preset list are added 11:00

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
23:00 i see 11:00

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.5.4.0 --->winxp

Please provide any additional information below.
