Wrong date being recorded in screen

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. It shows already in the camera screen of an active camera

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The date in date right top shows: 10 okt 12 15:14:17, expected is 7 okt 12  
15:14:17. It shows the wrong date only. Yesterday it showed also 10 okt and 
thne day before too.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
This is windows 7 64 bit (Dutch) and ispy v4.5.4.0

Please provide any additional information below.
the issue might be caused by my operating system being dutch. Our way of 
displaying the date is: dd-mm-yyyy

you can change the date format for display on the first tab when editing the 
camera. It is saying 10 because the format you have chosen is writing the month 
first.
