4.6.3.0 Crashing Constantly #45

Just upgraded on a windows 7 64bit 8 core FX with 8 gig ram.  Constant crashing 
shortly after load with error message "missing msvcr100.dll"  Repaired .net 4.0 
installation still doing it.  Attached log

So far appears to be working.  Hopefully this update will fix random crashes 
throughout the day during heavy motion detection.  Will let you know if it 
doesn't.  Thanks!
