Can not DL or VIEW Recordings!

What steps will reproduce the problem?

In File Manager Click Recording and player starts
However I get an error that it can not find the file.
Nor can I download the file to play it.
( See Picture File Attch. )

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

You are using iSpy v4.7.7.0 (latest).
Windows 7 - Ie9 - Or - ZGoogle Chrome

Please provide any additional information below.

When I try to dl the file ... 
it opens a web page that says: iSpy server is running

you're saving the files as avi not as mp4. avi files won't work over the web 
player.
