Guidance help information for the UI #210

sometimes you have an empty UI screen (like when starting the Vamp UI), or sometimes you did a succesful action and wondering what to do next (like f.e. deploying a blueprint).

The UI then should show a "guidance" popup text to help you along with the likely next logical action(s)

What I purpose for an empty screen (no Blueprints or Deployments)

Or even better for first time deploys/blueprints in a card like this

@eyal-magnetic When there is nothing in the view, we display a message with a CTA (https://zpl.io/Z1ct3XS). As for guidance, we will decide on that later.
