Update style to help readability #157

The current style is not optimal for long, focused reads. We should:

make the font thicker and larger.
center the body copy on all screens (this was off on big screens)
de-emphasize the side menu: it is distracting.
emphasize links more with a clearer colour.
emphasize top menu selections.
add cleaner typography: contants line-height, margins, etc.
