Support for using nginx #843

Currently Vamp can output a piece of config for haproxy and store that in Consul. Since we're using nginx on our Windows instances, it would be awesome if Vamp could also write-out the nginx equivalent configuration. That way we will have both haproxy and nginx running side by side and fully aware of Vamp's presence.

Not unless our Windows footprint gets bigger first :) But just consider this a minor feature request :+1:
