Option to automatically purge inactive breeds #971

when doing a lot of incremental deploys the number of breeds stored in Vamp artifacts starts to grow real quick. An option to automatically/periodically purge non-active breeds that are older than X months (f.e.) would be very helpful

suggestion from @ThomasMeijers is to implement this with a Vamp workflow. Any votes?
