Include Regex Group and Match Index Values With Regex Content Set Data Items #102

The FieldTemplateRegex values are displayed within the Template modal. Right now, only the regex pattern is showing as the value.

To make it clearer to the user and let them be able to discern regex entries that use the same pattern, but different groups or indexes.

The display can be added as extra config data, and can be setup to slide down alongside edit/delete buttons coming with Issue #101 .
