Commit https://github.com/magneticstain/Inquisition/commit/f2e5ac070eefe1cacfaa51f6559d2e90ab16d87d introduced a regressive bug where toggle switches no longer functioned at all during the initial load of tuning options in Celestial. They did however begin working after opening and closing a modal, which calls the same function to init the toggles.
