When a user creates a new artifact for Anatomize.py via the web UI, such as a new template, the relevant table is updated to include the new artifact and show it to the user. However, when this new artifact is added, the identifier for it is not included.
Because of this, if the user tries to delete it before reloading the page, they will receive a 400 error back since the DELETE method for the tuning API requires the identifier be set so it knows what to delete.
