Reevaluate Files Being Xferred on Install and Their Permissions #141

Several files (e.g. composer files, unit test data, etc) doesn't need to be transferred to /opt/inquisition/ during install and should be excluded.

At the same time, we should reevaluate the permissions of all files to make sure they're securely protected and are setup to be owned by the inquisition service account.
