Adding Docker Container for convenience of running the script #8

Adding a Dockerfile so one can build a container out of the script and have that run on any host without installing python3 or the packages.

@maxheadroom Thanks for your contribution. This can make the usage a lot easier for many people. I will have to test it out and follow your instructions, so I'll probably merge next week.

OK, I've merged your updates to the new Withings API endpoints as well. Should merge without conflict now.
