Automatic return to previous language choice #145

Once a user has chosen a language, this is saved and when a user uses the same computer to access the map (shared computers common in refugee homes) they are automatically taken to the same language. Instead, each time the map is accessed, the user should be taken straight to language selection - the particular selection of languages (with different alphabets) otherwise makes it difficult to navigate to a new language:

I don't think this is up-to-date? or at least not a bug but a change request?
