When the address of an offer exists in a number of different locations e.g. Türkenstrasse in the 9th district or Türkenstrasse in another region, the offer invariably is displayed in the wrong location:

Many offers are displayed as points outside Vienna, I haven't checked if all have a duplicate road name in Vienna and elsewhere but imagine that this might be the case.

the address from the offers which where seeded into to database on setup got auto merged coordinates from an address api... i will dig deeper there
