Arabic and Farsi format #158

Arabic and Farsi must be formatted right to left both in the CMS and the frontend, as well as being right aligned.

seems "easy" as in it might be easy to do for these specific languages for a single text field. but the technical challenge is to know what languages require this change and how to do it for all texts displaying translated data (the same way, uniformly, without introducing little bits of logic every time text is displayed)

I guess this affects both end-user and cms-user and makes it look really broken and uninviting for anyone using these languages. translations, it seems, need its own investigation and milestone addressing known issues collectively.
