GUI feature for manually selecting video/image scale #2

Add manual tool for selecting image scale- idea is to activate the tool, then select two points with the mouse and then input the equivalent scale in real units.

Several additional convenience toggle options (show scale as image annotation, show scalebar, scale labelbox) may also be needed.
