Support input & output plugins for mocking #124

In order to support isolated testing of Logstash configurations, which use pipeline input and output plugins, the mocking is extended to all types of plugins.

As soon as this PR is merge as well, I propose to release an other beta in order to allow @nicolasreich to test the functionality.
