Refactor plot code & split Remove button #9

Rewriting much of the plotting code to sync with the latest changes in pedtools (should give faster and more responsive plots).

The button for removing individuals is relocated and split in two :

down (remove selected individuals and their descendants)
up (remove selected and their ancestors)
