Hello,

I was unable to compile either the last release of the last revision of mhWaveEdit.

I've removed all of the automatically generated files, fixed up the autoconf script, and added the missing files.

Now the software compiles and runs under Arch Linux only by doing:

autoreconf -fiv
./configure
make
