It would be great to make ListeriaBot use cite web in cawiki, too. It would be even greater if it used the localised version ref-web with translated parameters https://ca.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plantilla:Ref-web , but that isn't mandatory.
And I suppose the same improvement could benefit other wikis that have the same template.
As a follow up of https://github.com/magnusmanske/listeria_rs/issues/128 , I see that ListeriaBot is formatting references in frwiki using template cite web, while in cawiki it just leaves the bare url as refrence.
