Add Commons data-namespace support #96

Add support for saving results to Commons data-namespace. Currently there is only partial implementation without in use.

Requirements

SPARQL query result to commons data namespace
Define credits line using template parameter (as queried data can be from other repositories than Wikidata too because federation)
purge page with wikidata-list template after saving source data values to commons.

This was basically working back in the day, but some information needed to be put as a "header" into the table, and I couldn't get the required Lua code to work. That's where I left it.
