Separating aliases with pipes does not work when creating new items #3

Apparently specifying multiple aliases separated by pipes works when editing an existing item (Q4115189 Aen "test alias 1|test alias 2|test alias 3": test foreground edit, test background edit), but not when creating a new item (faulty edit).
