Describe the bug
Team when we assign new DID to client we map Setup fees and monthly fees which is deducted from balance at the time assigning . But when due date is arrived it didnt deduct the amount we have to do that manually .
And for services if customer already paid the services and in between the month his balance is end he ask us to add the balance when we add the balance it deducted the services charges again . and changed the date as well it is very difficult customers get angry as they have already paid . Further if customer have low balance his services charges are not deducting . According to the invoice it should deduct the balance and if balance goes in negative than no issue atleast service should work either he has the balance or not .
Please solve these bugs they are now need of time to work smoothly and dont lose money
