When I dial from another to sip to DID which configure in my magnusbilling switch I get the error "The number is busy"
This is what I got from my provider side..
Provider said we are not getting back packet's from your switch..
I mistakenly migrate MagnusBilling server to another new IP but now my DID's not working also I am not able to see any hit inside the asterisk related to incoming DID call If any one have resolution help me how do I resolve this and there have an possibility to change a installed server IP to new migrate one then server will start getting hit and send packet back to my did provider...
