Switch from iControl to iControl REST #1

Seems like iControl REST is the way forward.

The problem here is that iControl REST has a really clumsy way of uploading certificates to the device - first upload to the file system and then import from it to the configuration from there. The upload part requires admin privileges, which makes it not feasible IMO.
