Monster

• Major rewrite of monster code to simplify and increase reading from web pages for necessary data instead of using monster.info. Hopefully, this will enable CAAP to handle new monsters without requiring a new code push.
• Change monster part selection to automatically target weakest minion, then target weakest remaining part. Caap will now follow the crowd, and not break "headless" kills by attacking the arms when everyone else is attacking the heads.
• Change determination of what levels of monster attack buttons (10 stam, 20 stam, etc.) from based off static monsterInfo table to read dynamically from the monster page itself
• Correct estimation of life remaining for multi-part monsters to read life of all parts and give weighted average
• Add ability to read decimal places in monster attack order box, such as :max0.5m

*I recommend you refresh your monster data with the button at the top of the dashboard so CAAP can read the new monster data

Army

• Add army add field to add iOS codes. Messy lists are handled. Codes are erased as they are tried.
• Remove Fill Army function for FB, since I believe this is no longer possible

GB

• Improved GB status bar updates
• Improve end of battle capture for Festival/10v10 battles
• Improve focus for GB. If a target has been decided after review, it will hit that target at least once before doing another review

Other

• Change error messages in some files to give err.stack instead of just error, for better line number reporting
• Fix demi codes reading in battle
• Fix for hyper logons not working
• Add Conquest collect menus and functionality to collect conquest when points exceed a user set threshold
• Implement new system for activating item archives and collecting conquest resources and crystals based on the buttons at the top of every page
• Remove "Collect now" buttons for conquest items, since the user could push those buttons at the top of the page
• Remove timer messages for the same since the time is already listed at the top of every page
• Add a check of generals page if setting a general from loadout, but general data still not read
• Fix automatic updating of general menu list names without refresh for Level Up and GB generals by changing names of config variables for Guild Monster General and GB generals.

Fix merge conflicts, plus:

Guild Battle Move battle status checks to index page Fix GB not recognizing end of battle and still reviewing towers Added stamina values to start GB, so CAAP will start a 10v10 even if it only has 10 stamina

Monster Streamline general multiplier (Maalvus, etc.) to read off general stats Improve xp carry over when leveling up. Caap will look for biggest hit possible with remaining stats, then do power hits or single hits if possible up to that point, and then the big hit. Fix siege to show correct phase for old style layout, such as LoM Ragnarok or Genesis Replaced some attr.nodeValue commands with attr.value, since nodeValue deprecated
