Various fixes #222

Dashboard Change default to Stats Remove unnecessary dashboard update calls from General and Monster

Battle Fix Duel to duel, not invade Fix level up mode to use Battle for the last few points Fix Demi Points not to interfere with level up process

Guild Battles Fix error when attacking guild opponents

Monster Reduce wait after stamina not available before next check Fix issue when leveling up if not enough stamina left for any attack Fix accidental deletion of monster after heal

Finder Fix error when selecting general
