Use babe.deploy.serverAppURL to indicate the actual server address, not the submission address #5

The current usage can be confusing (see https://github.com/polina-tsvilodub/soq-russian/commit/2f83a59b83687609102d48cd9457d3023ee6f7ce) and inflexible. Not sure how much the app structure would be impacted though (@stelaseldano ).
