Cimmerian world (Alpha Centauri IX) surface seems low res?

See capture. Not sure if this is just an effect of the color but the surface 
looks very pixely.

That's just a process of the auto-gen planets. All planet stuff (outside of 
melee) is code related. Any improvements will need to be made later.
