Improve jump controls #79

Need to make it such than jumps can be "cancelled" by letting go of the jump button. think the way mario rises longer if you hold the jump button and stops when you let go.

this will allow much more precise platforming

A bit path work, but This is now implemented. could likely improve precision of jumps, but sufficient for now.
