Very badly, excanvas wasn't very complete the last time I tried. And it leaks 
memory
like crazy if you have animations.

You could try http://blog.vlad1.com/2008/07/30/no-browser-left-behind/

If you try it, please let me know how well it works as I don't have a Windows
computer handy.

I just tried and it didn't work at all. It fails at getContext('2d').

i might revisit this later. Excanvas is used in lots of popular gaming 
frameworks now, so im assuming somebody fixed it finally
