Add a restart button while running elevator #100

If I start an elevator, I think it needs to run the whole way through before I can reset it. It would be nice to have a button to restart it.

You can use the Apply Button below the code field to reset the current simulation.

@apricote is right. The Apply button restarts the challenge.
