HI Ma,

We are the team from University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia, doing similar work to yours. We are considering comparing and citing your work on iWave in our Journal paper.

We wonder how can we encode and decode the coefficients saved to your txt file? We simply need the MS-SSIM results from your method on the grayscale Kodak dataset.

Any explanation is appreciated!
