Fix the mini dataframe for the sunburst plot creation #15

Current df looks like this:

Must fix the representation so that

[x] the chemical name repeats for each product
[x] the 'NaN' values are removed
[x] ordered in the order of the original dataframe data/cleaned_data.csv
[x] column names are "Toxin", "Product Name"
