Using the raw_data.csv, create a new CSV file with the toxins column specifying the low, moderate, high, or non-toxic values.

[ ] Find the indices of the low, moderate, high, non-toxic
[ ] Add a new column to the data frame called 'Toxicity'
[ ] Insert the indices to the corresponding toxicity levels

[ ] Export the new CSV from the edited dataframe using

df.to_csv('../data/processed/appended_data.csv', index=False)
