Cannot convert volume with dirty bit set. #41

Error is in the title, I tried chkdsk and everything to repair the volume but nothing is working. Any help?

Defragging the drive now returns the error "open returned -1 (errno = 16).".

Running the program in "su" fixed the issue, sometimes a while of trying can be faster than waiting for a response!
