That's not what this is for. This is to boot an installed system. You will need USB boot software. My recommendation is Ventoy as it handles multiple ISO files including the Windows ISO and is simple to use. Just install Ventoy to the USB drive and drag the ISO to the Ventoy drive that remains after installation. Reboot, select USB drive in bios and it will work.
Others apart from Ventoy are Balena Etcher, Multibootiso, Rufus, and the Microsoft Media Creation software all create bootable Windows Installation USB drives.
This is more of a question than anything, but how would I get it to boot from a USB? I'm currently trying to boot the windows XP x64 installer
