Quibble no longer start after some commits #82

Since f98986d (inclusive) it stucks at "loading btrfs.efi done" which is the first and only line, and menu can't be accessed. Since 691182d inclusive it can't start at all, nothing is shown. These appear on both Virtualbox and Qemu.

I'm not surprised, I haven't tested this yet. It'll be fixed by the next release.
