Streamline dictionary importer UI #8

1. The dual section importer UI needs a back button.
2. Once that is done, selecting one of the options should automatically
move to the next step.
3. The second step should either fill in the last-imported dictionary
(especially if it failed) or pop up the file picker without the need to click.

The ability to retry an import would be cool.
