Follow, unfollow and disable methods + tooltip, sort(), security update #2

Adding follow, unfollow, disable and view buttons in 'top trails' and 'search' section and declaring methods.

[x] Follow: following a trail
[x] Unfollow: removing a trail
[x] Disable: disable a trail

(Already implemented buttons in the 'following trails' section and merged to the master)

[x] Added $().tooltip in the footer to convert all titles to the tooltips
[x] Declared sort() function to sort tables (any data) by clicking on the table head
[x] Exported toggleSidebar() method from the sidebar component to the parent component (header) to implement a button in the navbar to open the sidebar
[x] Security change against CSRF
