Need some help regarding RGxE model #1

Hi Mahendra,

first of all i was very much impressed with your work on GxE. Currently i am working on GxE on a huge data set with different variables as compared to your data set.

Kindly help me to implement GxE model with proper variable selection. Looking forward to your reply.

Hi mahendra,

so nice to hear from you. actually my dataset contains, pedigree,county_rm,rm,br_field_id,yld(response variable), Environmental Variable: soil_texture_cat,tillage_cat,nccpi_cat,previous_crop_cat,is_irrigated,MAC** levels in it: soil_texture_cat- "CLAY","SAND","LOAM" tillage_cat-"Conversation","Conservation","Minimum" is_irrigated- "TRUE","FALSE" previous_crop_cat-"Soybean","Corn","Others" nccpi_cat-"High","Medium","Low" MAC- it has 23 levels like MAC 0.1,MAC0.2,etc

Please find these details for your reference, and let me know if you need more information. But please please help me to model this , i would be grateful to you.

kindly provide your mail id so that i can put everything there.

GxE_input_file.zip please find this file for your reference. Please guide me to select variables in the model , which one to be fixed ,which one to be random, In this attached file ,i have created env varoiable for your reference.
