SuperPutty 1.4.0.4 running through a Webex session becomes inactive and unable to use #390

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Joining the webex session and share a desktop (with superputty running)
2. Superputty sessions would be active for a short period of time (30-60
seconds or so) and then commands could not be entered
3. Exiting super putty and restarting would briefly allow commands to be
entered and then "freeze" as before.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 - I would expect that the sessions would not become inactive and need to be opened again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SuperPutty 1.4.0.4 on Windows 2008 R2

Please provide any additional information below.
 - When using Putty directly, these symptoms did not appear. Running Super Putty without joining a Webex session had no issues.

You can start a fresh instance of superputty while within a Webex session and
the same results appear.
