Executing a command works only on second click #403

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Paste a command into the commands textbox
2. Open multiple connections
3. Click on the execute symbol next to the commands textbox

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The first click will yield nothing, only the second click will. This doesn´t 
happen when the text is entered AFTER the sessions have been opened.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4.0.4 on Win 7, 64-bit
